Key Responsibility:
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts
  • Manages client relationships with support from internal admin
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

SEO Specialist

Experiential requirements:
  • Marketing or Business degree (preferred)
  • Google AdWords certified
  • Strong project management skills required
  • Expert in web analytics tools and reports (Google Analytics)
  • Ability to compile and analyse search data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaigns
  • Ability to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Minimum 2 years’ PPC experience at a reputable search agency
  • HTML and skills preferred
  • Experience with Bing Ads
  • Keep up to date with paid search advertising trends, techniques and industry related software

  • Optimise paid search on an on-going basis based upon, o ROI goals o Historical paid search results o Cross tier and regional integration o Multiple device search (desktop, mobile, tablet)
  • Create and test tracking mechanisms
  • Work with analytics tools and internal resources to ensure astute reporting and implement enhancements
  • Implement and manage paid search on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook
  • Utilise bid management tools and data modelling to maximise the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Participate in client pitches and monthly status meetings
